TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Image Composition and Style
The selection of subjects, artistic and technical execution, and overall design of the images are exclusively at LETIZIA HAESSIG PHOTOGRAPHY’s discretion. The clients acknowledge and accept the letizia haessig photography artistic freedom and individual style, and agree that all works will reflect this personal style. Complaints regarding the artistic style are excluded.

1.2 Additional Time
If the shoot exceeds the agreed duration, letizia haessig photography is entitled to charge CHF 500.- per additional hour.

1.3 Payment
The remaining fee for the shoot is due in full no later than ten days after the shoot. Delivery of the images will only occur after full payment has been received.

1.4 Delays Caused by Clients
If the clients fail to provide the necessary cooperation for the completion of the assignment or if unforeseeable waiting times occur for reasons attributable to the clients, the photographer may charge a reasonable surcharge for the additional effort, even if a fixed price has been agreed.

2.1 Copyright
The copyright of all images and photographic works created by the letizia haessig photography remains with her in accordance with applicable copyright law.

2.2 Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the clients receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. This right includes reproduction and distribution solely for non-commercial purposes.

2.3 Restrictions
Any commercial use, editing, retouching, alteration, or manipulation of the images—including composings, montages, or other modifications—requires the photographer’s prior express consent.

2.4 Transfer of Rights
The transfer of usage rights will only occur after full payment of the agreed fee.

2.5 Original Files and Raw Data
There is no entitlement to original files, negatives, or raw data unless explicitly agreed between the parties.

3.1 Publication of Images
The photographer is entitled to publish images from their shoots to showcase their work. A complete ban on publication may be arranged for an additional fee and must be communicated in writing to the photographer before the shoot. If no explicit restriction is given, publication is considered permitted. Images of children and infants will only be published with explicit parental consent.

  • Disclosure: Transmission or making personal data accessible.
  • Data processor: Third parties processing personal data on behalf of the controller.
  • We may use external service providers (e.g., hosting, CRM, analytics) as data processors. Before collaboration, we ensure that they comply with Swiss data protection standards and have measures in place to securely handle all data.

    1. the country provides an adequate level of data protection (according to DSV Annex 1), or
    2. appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., standard contractual clauses or contractual guarantees).
